The Brainstorm (Large)

The Brainstorm (Large)

$1,650.00

You can’t solve the problem until you can state the problem!

The Brainstorm (Large) is best used when you’ve got something big and you’re really ready to hash through it. “How do we build an architecture to do X?”, “What data do we need to do Y and how can we get it into our pipeline?”, “What specific experiments can we design to help us measure / evaluate Q?”, “Let’s design a PoC to do Z.”

It’s a chance to riff on ideas with a co-conspirator who simultaneously knows the field while bringing outside perspective.

2.5 hrs with up to 7 participants ($1,650.00)

Need some hands-on, interactive problem solving? Remember: you can’t solve the problem until you can state the problem. We reduce your challenges into core problem statements that articulate the hurdles you’re facing and start exploring ways to approach them with you. .

We help frame things so that you can think outside the box when you’re facing real constraints that need to breed creativity … or, even better, so that you can think like there’s no box at all.

During our Brainstorm, we’ll start by finding out the core issue you’re focused on. Then, using interactive tools like virtual whiteboards and screen sharing, we’ll explore that with you until we land on a clear statement of the problem you’re facing. Once we’re there, we’ll start spitballing ideas for how to solve your problem(s), including ideas about next steps, desired outcomes, identifying unknowns, sources of inspiration and opportunities for differentiation.

The Brainstorm (Large) is designed for up to 7 participants excluding us. It’s best for follow-up conversations that dig into details and specifics. The outputs of a Brainstorm (Large) can used for tackling bigger problems, like how to architect a data pipeline, how to overhaul data annotations practices & processes to drive higher levels of consistency and accuracy, what to consider in handling misinformation, scoping out tools to support data annotation or classifier evaluation.
