We include check-in calls at a cadence that works for you, weekly status reports/summaries, dedicated office hours when we’re guaranteed to be “on tap” and much more.
Want to keep us “on tap” after the first month? It’s easy to renew.
Need more than 20 hrs of services/month? Add-ons are available in increments of 10 hrs/month for $4000.
Want fewer hours/month? Not to worry. We have a limited number of “mini” subscriptions that offer 10 hrs/month for $5000. (Add-ons also available.) Just ask!

We’ll follow up confirm your purchase, your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions and, most importantly, to schedule an initial call.
During our initial call, we’ll talk about out what you need/how we can help, set up check-ins, etc.
From there, we’ll run with the things you need our help with. We’ll participate in any discussions or other sessions you need, be available by Slack, email, phone or other virtual/digital means during our dedicated office hours for you and respond to questions, requests, etc. “on demand”.
We’ll check-in with you regularly and send you weekly status updates for the 30 days following your purchase.

• Any artifacts we create such as diagrams, visualizations, notebooks, reports, etc. (Please see "Product Details" for more information regarding assignment of intellectual property.)
• Dedicated office hours when you can be sure to get hold of us in real time (if you want them, not everybody does)
*Development of playbooks, scorecards, methodologies and other IP that Subtextive intends to use outside of your project are not deducted from your 20 hours/month. Only development time for those artifacts specific to your project are deducted.

– You must start within 30 days of purchase. If you have a preferred start date in that window, let us know.
– Any intellectual property developed, such as a new taxonomy, algorithm, methodology, playbook ontology, etc., remains the sole property of Subtextive. A fully-paid up, non-transferrable license is granted to you for use for internal purposes. IP cannot be shared externally or used commercially without express written permission from Subtextive and may be subject to further licensing terms. Want your own IP? We’d love to talk about a dedicated project to develop IP for you that you own.
– Purchases of our fractional Chief AI Officer product are not refundable. Funds may applied to a different Subtextive product if this isn’t the right fit.
– Subtextive fractional Chief AI officer clients are considered "referenced" clients whose names and logos may be used in Subtextive's marketing materials and other collateral unless written notice is provided to Subtextive within 5 days of purchase.
